Well they banned the original version of Dire Straits’ song Money For Nothing in Canada recently.
It only took 25 years for some asshole to think it was offensive.
Below are the lyrics deemed inappropriate by the CBSC:
See the little faggot with the earring and the make-up Yeah buddy that's his own hair That little faggot got his own jet airplane That little faggot he's a millionaire
Holy shit! I am so offended I might just staple my dick to the side of my leg in protest.
How dare they talk about hair! Oh…it’s ‘faggot’ that’s distasteful. I guess that could be offensive if you are in fact a meat gazer; but probably not. Considering the word ‘fag’ doesn’t even mean gay anymore.
The only good thing to come from this will be being able to identify people who think it was a good idea. And then donkey-punching their narrow minds through their eyes.
The First Two Lines Are
Censored For Your Safety By
Conservative Pricks.

First it was seemingly small with the removal of cigarettes from stamps and photos.
Now it’s happening to Mark Twain’s Huckleberry Finn.
Censorship is far more abhorrent than a word could ever be. Except maybe “Antiquing.”
